A Son Day

Cade was out of school and my office was closed for MLK, Jr. Day. We decided to have a mother-son day out.

We had breakfast at iHop.
Then we hung out in Barnes and Noble. Cade built a tower of legos.

Because he was so good I told him he could pick out a book. After perusing, he finally settled on My Life as a Stuntboy.
To round out the day, we decided to see a movie. Unfortunately the movie line was too long for us to make The Adventures of Tintin. Instead we saw Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked. It was cute.
